- • Buyers and sellers had no reliable way to verify who they were dealing with before agreeing to a trade
- • There was no dedicated Singapore TCG platform that combined community trust, listing tools, and engagement features in one place
What Was Done
- ✓ Built a full community platform — users list cards, connect with collectors, and conduct deals offline with both parties submitting reviews post-transaction (similar to Carousell's review system)
- ✓ Implemented email and phone verification at registration, and blocked non-Singapore IP addresses — ensuring every user is a real, verified, Singapore-based person
- ✓ Built a unique auction feature: if the highest bidder doesn't follow through, the seller can proceed with the next bidder in sequence — no wasted auctions
- ✓ Integrated AI-powered listing sync: share a Carousell or TikTok link and the platform automatically extracts card details and lists them (available on selected plans)
- ✓ Added in-platform mini-games (word search, crossword, 3×3 puzzles) with a reward points system — points can be redeemed for AI card scan credits or platform merchandise
Outcome
Established as Singapore's #1 TCG community platform — a trusted space where collectors can discover listings, verify who they're dealing with, and transact offline with confidence backed by a public review history.
Professional Services — Webmail to Google Workspace Migration
What Was Wrong
- • Client was on a webmail hosting provider with no live support — all help went through a ticketing system with slow response times
- • Had registered a Google account using their company domain email — with Google Drive data stored under it — which created a conflict when trying to move to Google Workspace
- • Staff were frustrated and the business needed a more professional, collaborative email and file-sharing setup
What Was Done
- ✓ Assessed the existing Google account conflict — identified what Drive data existed and how to handle it safely during migration
- ✓ Navigated the domain verification and account transition process to set up Google Workspace without losing existing Drive files
- ✓ Migrated all email and documents into Google Workspace cleanly — everything the client had, preserved and reorganised
- ✓ Configured admin controls, user accounts, and permissions for the team
