Before touching anything, I map out exactly what you have: your domain registrar, hosting provider, email configuration, website platform, and any third-party tools connected to your business. This gives us a clear picture of what's working, what's broken, and what's missing.

Plan what needs to be fixed
Once I understand the full picture, I build a prioritised plan. Some things need fixing urgently (like broken email delivery). Others can be phased in. You'll always know what I'm doing and why — no surprises, no unnecessary upsells.
Execution
Fix or rebuild properly
I do the work properly — not just patch it. That means migrating domains correctly, setting up DNS records that actually work, building websites with clean structure, and making sure every component talks to every other component the way it should.
Optimisation
Make sure it performs
After the build, I verify everything is working: emails are landing in inboxes, the website loads fast, SSL is active, and your forms and links all function correctly. I don't hand over the keys until I've confirmed the system is solid.
